The good ways to convince or influence other people is to lead by example. It's your ability today to start portraying more good work and consideration for the people you live with, work with and come into contact with each day. Every effort counts, no matter how small and insignificant it may seem. Just do something, and do something good.
2 Value and respect others:- As a leader always place the wellbeing of your followers in your own interests. We has an individuals are aware how painful when facing unfair treatment. It happens psychologically, professionally and socially, at time individuals who deserve the best do not get it. Perhaps they become so inferior and cared of confrontation and finding it hard fight for themselves. By making sure others get what they deserve you will make a lasting impact on their lives. They in turn will get the justice they deserve and feel better.
