Lifestyle before now was perceive to be the way a person live his life.
Even from the word itself "Lifestyle" it can be define as the style of living but lifestyle has gone way passed that.
In sociology, lifestyle reflects an individual's attitudes,values or world view.
Here are some key lifestyle behaviors that can help you live healthy
*Getting enough sleep
*Eating healthy diet
*Being physically and mentally active
*No smoking
*Limiting alcohol intake
*Maintaining a healthy body weight
*Visit a doctor regularly.
All of these are essential for healthy living according to nutritionist.
But sometimes I wonder why some people observe all of the above and still their lifestyle is unhealthy,so I guess there's something they are not doing or something else is eating them inside.
