Alot of women today are struggling to achieve their body goals but the journey seems to be more tougher due to body weight and belly fat ,which are not easy to get rid of.
I came across a certain facebook group where women were giving testimonies about how this home made drink help them in loosing weight and belly fat and so i gave it a try and the results were amaizing.
Ingredients needed: 1 teaspoon of coffe, 2 teaspoon of lemon juice and ginger.
Mix them in a bowl ,add water and boil them. Drink it twice or even thrice a day for it to be more effective.
