🌟 A Friend's Dilemma
Tola sat across from her best friend, Emi, sipping her coffee as Emi poured out her heart.
"I'm so confused, Tola," Emi said, her voice laced with worry. "I've been dating this guy, Femi, for a few months now. We get along great, but lately, I've been feeling like we're growing apart. He's always talking about his job and friends, and I'm just not feeling it anymore."
Tola listened attentively, nodding along as Emi spoke.
"Have you guys talked about it?" Tola asked gently.
Emi shook her head. "I don't know, I feel like if I bring it up, he'll think I'm complaining or being too needy."
Tola thought for a moment before speaking. "You need to communicate with him, Emi. Relationships are all about talking things through and finding common ground. Maybe he's not realizing how you're feeling."
Emi nodded, looking determined. "You're right, I'll talk to him."
Tola smiled. "Good! And if he cares about you, he'll listen and work with you to fix things."
