On this post, what i really want to say to people about remyl matignas is he did not really died due to himself using cell phone.
He died due to he walk RIGHT SIDE. not left side
Remyl was just being unlucky
If remyl turned left, not right. Taxi will not hit him. But taxi may run towards him that I can not really see it out.
I have watched remyl videos and his friends status these days.
Remyl is a driver himself.
He always watch roads when he drive on roads
But if you have watched the nina hotel video clearly, you can also see that Remyl had never watched the left car road side, he only watch his right side for the hotel outside building design. 
He open glass door. He immediately take out his phone. And look on the screen of phone. His eyes turn right
But car road is on left.

My guess is, remyl is walking to the nina shop mall to ask where is the airport station bus E31.
Remyl does not know Hong Kong roads
But Remyl did not watch his left side
Then the taxi is set to hit front, even if remyl is not walking on the accident post point. 
Sadly remyl is going to that point and was hit.
And remyl sat on the floor and he tried to get up from the floor for twenty to thirty times
until Hotel black suit guy come out of the door and recognize remyl their client and shout to the inside a customer was hit by a taxi
Due to the severe status remyl was, remyl was being rushed to princess Margaret hospital for emergency rescue at 14:15 but it was still too late to save him. 
he was succumbed to his injuries and died at 15:12 on August 5 and was directly sent to Kwai Chung mortuary afterwards.
Remyl finally died due to serious injuries that he had really sustained at 3:12 pm. 
Why I write on remyl is if he did not walk right. He may not have to die
For someone who really always drive cars like remyl who always watch road when he is driving almost everyday, why on August 5 he did not watch car side but only watch the hotel outside building exterior and even building own design because even I don't find the design really appealing or eye catching to this level that Remyl must have to keep watching and staring at it non-stop ?
Why would remyl only holding his phone and watch his phone like it's someone very important to himself.
Then think of taxi driver injury
Slightly hurt even when 81 age
Means remyl may be scapegoated for the old driver. 
Or else if remyl walk left
The old driver would immediately died due to the friction and force of the crash.
I think remyl had been scapegoated for the red taxi driver on nina hotel car crash in nina hotel road in Hong kong on August 5th.
The time up person is taxi driver and remyl got scapegoated. 
why would I really think that Remyl is being scapegoated for the taxi driver is due to the below points
The 5 points I hold are below :
1) there is almost no cars in this Nina hotel outside road
It would alarm us if there is such taxi go onto the pedestrian side and knock down anyone
Wonder why Remyl met such thing
Yes I do still thinking why he would face this tragedy
How did there come such mad crazy taxi
2) left side is car road
He only keep eyes on his right on hotel outside design but I don’t find the design is really so eye catching to this level that he has to keep staring
3. If he was not walking towards right
But walk by left
4. Even if he walk left -
There is really a chance taxi would chase Remyl up and hit him dead
Sadly I can’t see if Remyl walk left would taxi go to him or go hit front post and driver died
If can see THAT (how would taxi walk - if Remyl walk left NOT THE FATAL RIGHT SIDE) then I can really go tell you whose time is really up
Remyl may not really time up , but Remyl was being forced to time up
