Personally i have been struggling to sleep for the past few days! I can say its one of the worst feelings. The main reason has been:
STRESS.
Apparently every young person has desire to achieve. As a result , it keeps one thinking how that can happen. With limited resources available to many young people, it might be hard to start or put up something to keep one moving.This creates tension among people making them fail to sleep well.
Also pressure as a result of comparison to your fellow peers who seem "well of" is a big contributing factor!
When you feel maybe you ain't working hard enough to be like your friends, it lowers your self esteem ,making one stay tensed.
Anyone experiencing this is simply advised to take things slow, try keep themselves busy and bear in mind that timing is different .Adios.
