LEAD ADVISORS:
LP: Livy San
One of the judges commented right away that people who don't know math would hear Chike Obi and be very terrified, and everyone laughed except for me since I didn't understand. SAN Livy also called out the names of all the attorneys there and dubbed one of them SAN Chike Obi.
SAN AB Mahmoud, INEC
He summoned all of the attorneys present, including a SAN. Everyone laughed, including Peter Obi.
A member of INEC's legal staff bears the name of the president.
APC and Tinubu: The lead attorney did not identify himself, instead calling out the names of all the other attorneys present.
Shettima: FO Fagbemi is the lead attorney for the fourth respondent, and he also introduced the other attorneys present.
The Labour Party and Peter Obi's lead attorney, SAN Livy, has just declared that it would be preferable to postpone the matter until Wednesday so the court may begin its regular proceedings as it would be ready for hearing to ensure no Party waits any longer.
Additionally, according to SAN Livy, they will utilize this time to settle contentious and disputed documents, which will speed up the proceedings by allowing the court to begin in the right manner.
On their respective benches, the APC and Tinubu's main attorney are currently debating.
The motion has now been accepted by SAN Mahmoud, the lead attorney for INEC.
Now that the APC and Tinubu's attorneys have concurred, they need Monday and Tuesday to file all responses and make sure everything is prepared for abduction, according to sources.
Lead attorney SAN Fagbemi for Shettima has also consented to this.
