Tips to live a Happy and  Healthy Life!

 

What is health? Who do we call healthy?

It is a state when you are perfect,active and capable of doing all activities and you are free from illness or injuries.

 

Tips for good health*

 

1: The first thing which I consider very important for good health is a balanced and healthy diet. It contains calculated and proper amounts of all the essential nutrients,  like vegetables, fruits, nuts, whole grains etc. Try to eat natural food instead of artificial synthetic products.

You really are what you eat.

 

2: Don't  smoke and drink alcohol.Smoking tobacco can cause many diseases such as lung disease, heart disease and stroke. 

 

3:Sleep 7-8 hours per night. Sleeping at night is very helpful and important for a healthy life and for an energized day. Sleep deprivation can cause serious health conditions, as well as it  will have a negative effect on your mood, motivation and energy levels. Getting peaceful and proper sleep is a healthy habit and many people need to improve it.

 

4: Healthy physical activity and exercise is also absolutely necessary. Exercise helps you burn extra calories. It is good for the heart and circulatory system, it maintains or increases our muscle mass.

Exercise is very important. It helps you with breathing and keeps you fit and active. Get regular exercise.

Exercise relieves stress and tension,  and helps you to strengthen your muscles and it helps your body work more efficiently and actively.

. It improves overall health and well-being.

 

 

5:For a healthy lifestyle, keep company with good people. Surround yourself with positive people.

Try to spend your maximum  amount of time  with people who give positive vibes and energize you. Always be selective about the company you keep. Set your limits and boundaries and try to conserve your energy.

 

6:Drink plenty of water. Adults need to drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day. Water makes your skin healthy, fresh and glowing. Apart from water, you can also drink fruit juices, tea, soft drinks, milk and other drinks.

 

7: Try to walk instead of using vehicles. Use the stairs instead of using the elevator. Make a habit of morning walk and you can go for a walk during lunch breaks.

 

These are all some tips for a healthy life. Start following them  now! And try to change your habits  gradually. Gradual changes last for a long time.
