Ways of getting rid of Acne

We can all agree Acne or pimples cause discomfort and reduces our self confidence. This is because this discomfort happens on the face and the face is what people look at when they meet you.

So if you want to battle pimples and black spots follow the following steps:

  • Wash your face twice daily with a facial cleanser.
  • Apply Natural oils on your cleansed face. I would highly recommend Rosehip oil because it repairs damaged skin and clears bacteria that bring about pimples.
  • Avoid touching your face unnecessarily, if so please have clean hands.
  • Be gentle on your existing pimples so as not to damage the skin.
  • Repeat these steps daily for at least 2 months and you will witness tremendous results
