Amos 6:1
"Woe unto them that are at ease in Zion......"
Hello sir/ma, you are not saved just to become an ordinary citizen of Zion but you are saved to become a high profiled citizen with so much treasure through the advancement of the kingdom.
Many believers today can boast about their years of m new birth experience in Christ Jesus but can't boast of a single soul or genuine achievement for the kingdom. What a shame!
Woe unto him that is at ease in Zion, don't just sit and be looking as a believer while there are so much to do for the kingdom, there are souls out there you don't know to approach because of their appearance or lifestyle but are "unconsciously" waiting for someone to share the gospel with them.
You come in contact with many people per day but it is difficult for you to tell at least one of them about Jesus, not even preach but "tell" Chai, you are saved and you can't tell people about the one who saved you, are you sure you are a true disciple?
Jesus Christ in Luke chapter 8 after He delivered the man with hundreds of demon in him, He (Jesus) told him to go and show himself to his family and house hold but the scripture recorded in verse 39 that this man went round the city to proclaim what God did for him, what a great witness?
Some of us are baptised in the holy ghost without testimony of fire, your testimony of fire is your passion for the advancement of the kingdom. Wait brothers and sisters! is your tongue even genuine? If genuine, does it have the intensity to get siners converted?....because the agenda was stated clearly in Acts 1:8 that after the Holyghost is upon you, you will receive power and the next thing is to become witness anywhere you go!
Excuse me reader, how does this apply to you?
Permit me to reframe Philippians 4:8 as I close on this note
Finally brethren, whatsoever you read on this group today, if there be any virtue, if there be any praise, think on these things"
