*5 Simple Health Habits I Do Every Morning In Ibadan*

Living in Ibadan, with the hustle and daily heat, staying healthy is not easy. But over the last few months, I started doing 5 simple things every morning and my energy has changed completely.

*1. I Drink Water First Thing*

Before I even touch my phone or brush my teeth, I drink one full cup of water. It was hard at first, but now my body feels lighter. It helps me avoid headache and tiredness in the morning. In Ibadan heat, your body loses water overnight.

*2. I Walk For 10 Minutes*

I don't go to gym. I just walk around my compound or to the end of my street for 10 minutes. No phone, just walking and breathing. This small walk helps my heart and clears my head before the day starts.

*3. I Eat Light Breakfast*

I stopped eating heavy food like fufu or rice in the morning. Now I eat pap, or bread with egg, or fruits like banana and watermelon. My stomach feels better and I don't feel sleepy by 10am anymore.

*4. I Avoid My Phone For First 30 Minutes*

This was the hardest habit. I used to check WhatsApp and Facebook immediately I wake up. Now I wait 30 minutes. I pray, stretch, and plan my day first. My stress level has reduced.

*5. I Sit In Morning Sunlight*

For 5 minutes, I sit outside and let the morning sun touch my skin. Not the harsh afternoon sun, just the cool 6am-7am sun. It gives me vitamin D and helps my mood for the whole day.

These habits cost no money. You don't need to buy drugs or supplements. Just water, walking, light food, less phone, and small sunlight.

If you live in Ibadan or any part of Nigeria, try these for one week and you will feel the difference.
