Every one of us has anger,anger is something we all as human being experience.Anger is provoked and when provoked it can course so much damages but if managed in time can stop damage's.
Most of many thing that is happening now in the world anger is directly involved, marriage relationship are breaking down and divorce is everywhere because people don't know how to manage their anger, people are killing one another because of anger.
But if we learn to hold our anger and think before doing anythin When you feeling provoked take deep breath and seat down, don't take action before you know what made that person do what he did. Seek to know what happened sometimes you take immediate action and realize you should have not done that but it may be too late to correct your actions. So be very careful when making decisions in anger.
