Avoid too much intake of these food to have a good health
1) Avoid too much intake of fried food example, fried potatoes, fried yams etc .It is because too much intake of these food destroies your body organs and it will surely lead to an early grave
2) Avoid too much intake of food that contain too much starch example Rice, Yam, Bread, Carri etc.
Why do I say so because these food that contain much starch in it has many sugar in it and as a result of too much intake it can cause diabetes, and as we all know diabetes is a deadly disease.
3) Avoid too much in take of snacks example biscuits, peanut, cookies, etc.
This snack are too good for human consumption, because this food does not give us the adequate diet the human body needs for proper growth and good health.
