To have a good health you should follow these steps 

1) DRINK NOT LESS THAN TWO LITTERS OF WATER DAILY.

  Drinking water daily refreshen the human body system and washes away all kind of diseases from the human body.

2) ALWAYS EAT A BALANCED DIET.

 If you always eat balanced diet you would hardly fall sick and your body will always be glooomimg, because you always eat a balanced diet.

3) EAT FRUITS REGULARLY.

 Eating fruits regularly nourishes the human body, makes the bones become more strong and flushes away all kind of illness in the human body.

4) EXERCISE YOUR BODY.

Exercising your body makes the bones stronger, straighten the muscles and makes you stronger.
