It is widely said that in Africa locality is instant and so is their foods; And speaking about their foods one of their favorite is Bread and beans.
Am sure it sounds funny to your ears but trust me when I say it's a pack of nutrients and nourishment, How? Ok let me spilt it to you. FirstBeans is not all round protein like they told us in our childhood and funny many of us still thinks the same, well beans is combination of protein, carbohydrates, and other classes of food and their respective percentage but all the same the percentage of proteins in it is higher that the rest; that's why eating only beans will give you enough energy to that of pounded cassava (Fufu).
While at the other hand Bread contains a large number of carbohydrates contents like sugar and flour. Now combining the both together was supposed give to you a full pack of energy but protein take alot to time to fully digest which will trigger the sleep hormones making you to quickly fall asleep and that will greatly enhance the rest of your body system.
But even in the right sense it is adviced not to eat these sets of food as breakfast it you are to have long day ahead of you since it might slow you down plus you might no necessarily eat both at the same time.
