*TACTIC 2: The Meter Reset Scam*
- You buy fuel before, say you buy 5k
- Next person come, dem no reset meter to zero
- Dem start from where the last sale stop, so if last sale na 5k and you buy 10k, dem go show you 15k meter but you think say na your own 10k be that
- Actually you only get 10k fuel but meter dey show 15k because of previous sale
*How to Avoid:* Before dem start pumping, always shout "Reset meter to zero!" Make sure you see 0.00 for screen before dem start.
*TACTIC 3: The Slow Pump / Night Mode*
Many stations for Warri now dey use night mode:
- Dem go reduce pump pressure so fuel dey enter slowly
- Air dey enter together with fuel but meter dey count am as fuel
- For night, dem go dim the meter light so you no fit see the amount well
- At the end, you pay for fuel + air
*How to Avoid:* If pump too slow, tell dem to increase pressure or move to another pump. Use phone torch to check meter for night.
*TACTIC 4: The Change / Calculator Confusion*
- After fueling, you give attendant 10,000 naira for 8,500 fuel
- E supposed give you 1,500 change
- E go quickly use calculator, press wrong number, tell you say na 500 remain
- If you no calculate well, you go collect 500 instead of 1,500
*How to Avoid:* Always calculate your change yourself before you give money. Use your phone calculator. And count the change before you leave.

2. Take video as evidence
3. Report to DPR office for Warri - near Airport Road
