GOOD DAYS ARE COMING
Isaiah 25:9 says, “In that day they will say, ‘Surely this is our God; we trusted in him, and he saved us. This is the Lord, we trusted in him; let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation.’”
Our Word today speaks about a moment when God’s people will finally see the result of their trust in Him. The phrase “Surely this is our God” shows recognition and gratitude — knowing that the One they trusted has proved Himself faithful. Twice the verse says, “we trusted in Him” — meaning the journey to that celebration was built on faith, patience, and holding on when life was not easy.
God’s salvation here means not just saving from sin, but also rescuing from trouble, answering prayers, and turning sorrow into joy. This verse assures us that the days of tears and waiting will end, and the days of laughter and rejoicing will come.
Many times, waiting on God feels like walking in the dark. You pray, believe, and yet the answer takes long to come. But Isaiah 25:9 tells us clearly: the day will come when you will see the hand of God in your life and say, “Surely this is my God.”
Your waiting is not in vain. While you are waiting, God is working. He is preparing situations, arranging connections, and setting up the right time for your miracle. The very thing that now looks impossible will soon be the reason for your testimony.
When God moves, He doesn’t just answer your prayer quietly — He does it in a way that causes you and everyone around you to rejoice. You will look back and say, “If it had not been for the Lord, I would not be here.”
Good days are coming. Your pain will not last forever. Your prayers will not go unanswered. Just like the people in Isaiah’s vision, you will celebrate, you will rejoice, and you will be glad in God’s salvation. Trust Him, hold on, and get ready to dance for joy.
Prayer: Lord, I trust You. Bring my miracle soon and let me rejoice in Your goodness.
