Why Breast pains???

All women across the globe undergo puberty stage ,where most physical growth undertakes controlled by hormones. Breast development being one of them.Majority experience breast pains termed regular and some frequent, many lack to understand the reason of so as many opt for medical attention. The following are proved to be the cause behind breast pain:

1.Doubt on if its breast cancer-this is not the case as breast cancer develop tumour which are not painful at all hence breast cancer is a painless disease. 

2.Menstrual cause-during most women periods the breast aches due to hormonal fluctuations  till the menstrual phase is over.

3.Pregnancy -in cases of pregnancy breast become tender and itchy thus less painful. 

4.Puberty-due to growth and development of breasts during this stage they can cause frequent pains due to the elasticity. 

5.Breastfeeding -in cases of child birth the act of breast feeding may cause sharp breast pains .
