What's health?
Health is the state of being free from illness or injury. Being healthy is very important in our life, because without health there won't be happiness and the opposite of health benefits is health penalty.
To be healthy we need:
1. Happiness
2. Sleep
3. Water
4. Good diet
5. Exercise
Benefits of all these to human
1. Happiness: To be healthy you need to be happy,if there's no happiness there won't be health, Always aims for positive attitude
2. Sleep: Sleeping also leads to health and it makes the brain to work perfectly. At least sleep for 7-8 hours a day.
3. Water: Drink alot of water if you want to be healthy because water is very good for our body. Drink water very early in the morning and you will see the difference.
4. Good Diet: Eat good food because it leads to health. Eat protein,fats, vitamin and minerals to improve the chance of being healthy.
5. Exercise: Always do exercise,so as to be healthy.
Being healthy is the first priority.
