Health is wealth, no one can be happy no matter his or her wealth without a sound health.
They are so many factors that can help to improve one's health but we will look into three factors.
1)food, it's very important that we look into what we eat, because what you eat decides your health, if you don't eat food like medicine, you may take medicine as food, avoid much fatty meals, eat balance diet and fruits
2) exercise, it helps in keeping you fit and helps the heart in blood circulation, the more we exercise, the younger we become
3)proper medication, it's important to take proper medication when we are sick, go to lab, find out the cause of the disease and give it a direct treatment, don't take medication, off head
Don't hide sickness, or it will hide you in the grave
