In the recent years I have noted that the young people have little to no regard for their health and wellbeing.
Young Generation and Old Generation
Most of them are leading a risky lifestyle characterised by eating junk food, sugary drinks and are always on their phones throughout.
They have no time for exercise and prefer boarding a bus or Uber to their destinations.
This has led to them adding a lot of weight leading to most of the lifestyle diseases like diabetes at a very young age.
I would like to encourage the young generation to be more concerned when it comes to their health and well being. Exercise frequently, reduce consumption of junk and sugary food and drink lots of water.
