Healthy eating refers to eating well so that the food can work as required in your body.
It entails habits. Such habits include : drinking water, not talking while eating and eating healthy foods.
It's advisable not to drink water after eating, instead drink water 5 minutes before the meal. On the other hand, talking while eating can lead to choking,and this might even kill you. Swallow your food first before you can utter a word.
