HOW TO GET RID OF PILE

                HOW TO GET RID OF PILES

Have you ever felt frustrated and depressed at the same time and to make matters worse you can't even rely on what's bothering you? You feel that sharing your health status issues will triple it rather than ease the stress off. Well, you don't have to be because I have decided to come directly to your aid especially the aspect of the pile.

Pile also known as Haemorrhoids or "Jedi Jedi" by the Yoruba speaking part of Africa is a normal predicament. I mean to say a less comprehensive part of the anus. It consists of veins situated at the rectum(the anus) which helps to pass out faeces. When a pile is then referred to as an illness, it means that the collection of veins in the rectum around the anus is inflamed thereby causing pain, discomfort, severe itching and oftentimes intense bleeding.

CAUSES

Haemorrhoids i.e Jedi Jedi can be due to several reasons but the following substantial and proven reasons should do;

-Chronic Diarrhea

-Constipation

-Infections

-Straining the anus when passing a stool

-Lifting heavy objects

-Pregnancy

FOODS TO AVOID AS A PILE SUFFERER

-Spicy Food

        This should be avoided because it increases the rate of itching around the anus causing one more discomfort than ever.

- Deep-Fried Foods

         Fried foods contain fats and oil which makes them cumbersome to be digested. Consumption of deep-fried foods causes constipation leading to straining the rectum.

-Alcohol

-Coffee, Tea etc...

FRUITS AND VEGETABLES THAT SHOULD BE TAKEN

Being a pile patient can be embarrassing and tiring at times.

This insinuates that patients should eat healthy food at times which includes fruits like;

-Banana

    Banana squashes in a glass of milk are healthy for pile patients.

It is an effective remedy as it softens the faeces thereby reducing the rate of discomfort when one is in the toilet.

-Bell pepper and Ginger

    The combo of these two acids in reducing the rate of constipation hence, reducing the swellings on the Haemorrhoids.

-Cucumber, Apple, Lemon and Legumes are not an exception as well.

     Conclusively, all that matters is that one goes through this stage and come out successfully as a victor. Pile patients shouldn't be scared of saying their stories for it goes a long way. A problem shared is half solved.
