How to loose body fat Weight

Are you thinking of a way to loose weight without having to take drugs that may not work?

Then why don't you try this step. 

1. Exercise : Try to exercise your body every two days at least, even as easy as just jogging in the morning.

Or try exercises like push-ups, butt kicks, and others. You could try using exercise apps to track your progress and for more suggestions. 

 

 

 

2. Eating : It's not necessary you diet, but mind the kind of food you eat and how you take them. Avoid foods with so much sugar, avoid canned foods, avoid food with lots of fats.

 

And try to eat properly, don't over eat and eat early, avoid eating late at night. So your food will be properly digested before going to bed 

 

3. Take natural supplements : Try making teas from fresh plants. 

Squeeze fresh lemons and add honey and drink. Or you can take black teas.
