Influence of cooked food on human blood

Among all the living things in this world, from the beginning to date, only human beings cook their food before eating, and process the food.

Humans can produce flour from wheat, sugar from sugarcane, produce different kind of wine and beer. Only humans have high blood pressure, cancer, too much weakness, and are all caused from the cooked and processed foods.

In the year 2930, a doctor from Switzerland with the name Paul Kouchakoff was the first person to show the effects of cooked food on humans. At the first meeting of "First international Congress of Microbiology at Paris" , Dr. Kouchakoff shows that if someone eat a cooked food, white blood cells will come out, like the way they will come out when viruses get into the blood.

White blood cells are the soldiers to the body. So, when ever a cooked or processed foods are consumed, those white cells will come out, if the white blood cells come out much often, the white blood cells will become very weak to protect the person from diseases.

Dr. Kouchakoff observed that, when any kind of food was cooked, it becomes hamful to the body except when eaten with vegetables (or something that is not cooked).

Dr. Kouchakoff advice eaten cooked food with something uncooked like fresh vegetables, that will reduce the white blood cells from coming out often.
