This is the story of Patrice Lumumba the first prime minister of Congo. it is 1961 on 17 of january under belgium orderd Patrice Lumumba is assasinated by Belgium hands in Katanga a small vilage in congo, but why you may ask at the time patrice lumumba is one of the most prominent politicians in congo wiht a very massive following.At this time the Belgians seek to establish neo colonialism in congo in this way they would beable to plunder the mineral rich country, without any interferance and without the congolese peolpe knowing, but this did not sit right with patrice ;lumumba as he waspushing for anti colonial revoulution in congo he seeked to establish a country that fully depended on its resources without the aid of colonial help.He pursuaded the peolpe of congo to build a unified nation in a democratic state under thje rule of law, but this was aganist the wishes of the belgians so they planned of a way in which they could silence him so they planned his assasination and on 17 january 1961 they murdered him.
