In Kenya setting up ventures new higher learning institution has been seen so promising.Universities are leading in growth of small scale enterprises, people have been relocating to near the institutions to get access to better market for their goods and services.
Due to my longtime research, I made some findings on suitable profitable business to be set up near higher learning institution.The following business yields higher near universities,hotels, barber shop,salon, selling second hand clothes,gas refilling, movie shops, laundry services, transport services.
Main challenge that faces business people operating near universities are also unlimited ranging from insecurity,low Market during closure, capital to start and expand, unfavorable government policies which requires more documents to be allowed to transact.
Most students from higher learning institution has also been captured in pioneering into entrepreneurship near these institutions,many of which grows to successful entrepreneurs
