Always check the toddler and try to help them in whatever way possible, however not all these signs and symptoms mean stress.

For older children, signs and symptoms can be from puberty, pressure in school or their daily social life, change in a family (maybe death, divorce or a move), parents arguing in front of them, cyber bullying, watching, anxiety, changes in eating habits and many others.

When they go through such, there are ways of helping them, if old enough, talk and listen to them, monitor what they watch and check on their social life too, see what they go through in the internet because they might be cyber bullied. Avoid arguments infront of them and always make peace in their presence. Always motivate them in everything they do, give them extra love to let them know how important they are to you.
