firstly I plan only mail the form by mail (hk local surface mail) but my oldest sister ask me take the filled form to princess margaret hospital block g floor 7 that useless dept which waste patient time and burn off stage four cancer patients life time and life span by keep the stage four cancer patient and ask them stay and waste your time without doing any proper work themselves 

on 26 May , I went princess margaret hospital K6 then I walk stairs down to k0, walk to block g walk two level up to g6 then I lift to g2 for the social welfare dept for the submission of the hospital subsidy form. There is a note in Margaret block G 2/f which writes "submit your filled form to g7, not to here"

then I lift to 7/f

The staff is wasting patient time 

for anyone who is suffering stage four cancer , the Margaret g7 staff is making stage four cancer patients feeling difficult because stage four cancer patient can really decease at any second 

the staff in princess margaret hospital g7 is playing patients especially if the patient has stage four cancer and may not be able to live any longer . The staff is tricking people with difficult situations.

what kind of difficult situations I mean

there is " HA Go " app and I have record there 

they ask me id card then say I have no medical record in the ha go app 

they continue to keep me in g7 and say they can not collect form or something similar which waste people time especially if the patient who submit form is a stage four cancer patient who really has stage four cancer 

They would go claim that they need to check form when the patient who submit form is a stage four cancer patient who may die soon and the g7 staff waste people time to this degree pretend that they really do their work properly which disappoint people who has stage four cancer and needs more time to go home to rest for the stage four cancer 

and after this happened on me , I mail the filled form to their address instead of going to block g seventh floor
