Surgeon's warns that butt enlargement can lead to death

 

 

 

 

Dr. David Egbeogu a Lagos-based plastic surgeon, has warned that complications from butt enhancement can lead to death, particularly if conducted by a local surgeon.

The most common surgical procedure is the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), the BBL surgery involved taking fat from another part of the body and injecting it into the buttocks for a better shape, but sometimes in the surgery procedure bring a risk of injecting fat into large veins after which it can travel to the heart or brain causing illness or deaths.

There are so many ways that the butt is enhanced but the one that has the greatest complications is the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).The worst complication is what we call fat embolism. When the fat is injected into the bloodstream which results in illness or deaths.

BBL have the highest death rate of all cosmetic surgery procedures estimated to be as high as 1 in 30,000 operations and often results in costly emergence complications.

Despite the dangers, some have resorted to even cheaper ways to get the beauty procedure. In countries like Venezuela, and Congo, where bigger bottoms mean a better appeal to the opposite s*ex, women are taking extreme measures, including using banned buttock silicone injections.
