THE FOOD POISONING A SOURCE OF AILMENTS

   In most of the African countries some ingredients used for preparing meals are of low standards. Also that resulted to constant visitation of people to clinics or primary healthcare centres.

    The cooking oil with which people prepare their various dishes may be a source of diseases and illnesses. The tempered body system led to lots of contingencies for the global expectations.

    There is no need for medical practitioners to tell us that, " any cooking oil that used to prose and remain that way even in sun light will definitely cause diseases to consumer".

    In some markets you can see bottles and containers full of those cooking oil, displayed in an open sunlight but yet they were prosen. 

    After possibilities of colastoral implications such type of oil may contains some other harmful substances due unhygienic processing.

   Status of people dietary determined their healthy living and at the same time boost their productivity in every aspect of life. But woefully we are not at liberty of having such opportunity.

   There is need for Africa to have standard bodies responsible for consumer protection and prevention. If not as we are having shortage of healthcare workers plus harmful foodstuffs there is tendency to sunk deeper into problems.
