The God Kind of Family

THE FIRST FAMILY

We would have loved to give a contemporary definition of the family before this piece, but that will come soon after we have analyzed several other definitions and forms of family.

The first family as known by most religions and beliefs is the family of Adam and Eve,

this fact is one of the few facts that is agreed by almost all the religious corners and beliefs,

though they have few other spices to this story that differ, we wouldn’t be considering that fact in this study.

 Anyone with this concept is not wrong, and the belief is not out of place, and they at least deserve applauds.

The first family if well traced, we will discover that we may have been slightly drifting off the track but ignorance may have kept us from seeing the layoff.

But the Holy Spirit wants to sprint us back to the right path so that we will run the right race.

*Genesis 1:26 “And then God said Let us make man in our image”

We want to see the first family before we go into other issues related to parenting, as we all agreed that we can’t have a parent without a family.

The Bible text above if likened to a play on a stage will go like these

(God sitting in a counsel with another, discussing)

…and God spoke after the other person has finished speaking

God: Let us make man in our own image

Other Person: Hmmm (affirming in silence, pondering in the mind, “wow that’s a good idea”)

I guess we can see a family discussion like a man and his wife discussing on matter pertaining to the family,

on how they can have intercourse to bring forth a child because maybe they have been busy with other things like we saw in Gen 1: 1-25

God has been busy with other things, and now He has finished busy building a house, for Himself and His child unborn,

he sits in a counsel of the night with his partner, the next thing is to bring forth a child.

Hmmm, I think we can see the first family, though we may not completely tell the persons in the family, even though if we ask the Holy Spirit,

He will tell us, but we will ask Him later, not yet, maybe not in this book.

We have seen that the Adam and Eve we all believed to be the first parent and family is an incomplete thought and maybe novice knowledge tank,

but we are grateful to the king of kings for this revelation, at least we can now say that we now know that the Adam and Eve we once believed to be the first parents were actually somebody’s Children,

so their own children were the first grandchildren. From the view above, we could see,

the first family, the first family meeting, and now let’s go further to see how that family did their things.
