Holy communion is a general practice by all Christian's , it's the celebration of the body and blood of Jesus Christ, under the appearance of bread and wine.
The holy Communion was first instituted by Jesus during the last supper when he said ."Take this all of you and eat , for this is my body .Do this in memory of me".it was this last statement that triggered the actions of the Catholic Church.The celebration of the Eucharist is done everyday during masses but other denominations believes that it should be done occasionally.This has been one of the major problems that is facing Christianity in the recent times
