Paradigm shift: you must learn to take off job labels such as (I'm an engineer looking for engineering jobs) or I'm an accountant and then replace it with "I'm a person who can" what exactly you do not necessarily what you studied in school, over 20 person of graduates won't find jobs on the particular field they studied
