THINGS to do to FORGET THE PAIN

        In reality their are many couples breaking up their relationship in just small debate or small thing.

 

The other dont feel pain but most of It feels a lot hurtful than physical scratch . 

Heartbroken people are emotionally ,spiritualy and physically feels painful feeling . Sometimes their some people commits suicidal mental thinking . Others have passed and others are not . 

These are some tips to atleast lighten the pain emotionally and mentally ;

 

HANG-OUT - hang out with friends is better to do than staying at home . 

DOING SOME OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES SUCH AS SPORTS 

 

Drinking alcohol/BEER - This is not recommended but still it is helpful to lessen the pain . 

 

TALKING TO THE FAMILY - this is most recommended way . Most of all our family is the best help how painful our feeling is .
