1.Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages.
Many atimes people intentionally take in alcoholic beverages with a lame excuse that they want to avoid stress.Alcoholic beverages cannot help you avoid stress but rather accumulate stress in your body.so do not rely on alcoholic beverages to avoid stress.when you have some problems at work or at home never take in alcohol because the alcohol cannot solve your problems in life but will rather increase your problems in life.stop relying on alcoholic beverages to avoid stress.Even drinking lots of alcohol may damage your kidney.
2.Do not do too much work at the same time.
As human beings we need to work in order to earn a living but not overwork to earn a living .when you do too much work at the same time you are trying to bring stress to your body.stress is very dangerous to your body.you just have to do on task at a time .so that you can have enough time to complete the rest of the remaining tasks,and have adequate time to rest.
3.Avoid burning the night candle.
in life one has to make a lot of sacrifices in other to succeed but not all sacrifices are good.you can sacrifice your time for profitable and meaningful activities.lets delve straight to the point ,you don't need to sacrifice your sleep just for your work,when you stress yourself and prevent yourself from sleeping and tell yourself you want to burn the night candle you are killing yourself slowly because when you are stressed out it breaks down some part of your immune system and will lead to low immunity so in other to prevent this situation you have to get enough sleep for at least 8hours.
