Scammers as we all know are those people using fake informations and impersonation in order to obtain money or sensitive information from their victims using different methods of scam such as,
bank information, Mobile wallets access and also Government issued identities. Here are some of these methods used by scammers:
1: Romance scam: many people have reported that they have lost alot of money and even their whole life saving for an online lover Romance scam in various parts of global especially in the United States Of America. Scammers use this method to act a loyal lover of the victim with the intention to obtain money,Gift cards or information and sometimes even sending gift to their victims such as flowers, chocolates and many more in order to gain more trust from the victim.
2: Celebrity scam: scammers also claim to be a particular public figure or celebrity by impersonation to gain information or money by sending messages to victims on Instagram, Facebook and even through email asking them for their bank details,money and Cashapp tags.
3: Job scam/scholarship scam: scammers also use the method of job vacancy or scholarship which they will ask you to provide your details and payment of offer clearance fees which it's just a scam!
4: hookup girls scam: this method is used for obtaining money which the scammers will post pictures of s*x girls and ask the victim to send them Money to meet the victim which after the victim sent will get blocked.
