why we should dring water in the morning

 

 

dringing water always helps  our  body healthy and satisfied.  our body is made up of 70% of water consumption  so it is more important to keep our body with more  water! There are some  health problems  that can come about from dehydration. These include: migraines, dyspepsia, hypertension, kidney stones, breast cancer, uterine cancer. it is more better  to be drinking water immediately after waking up in the morning, which provides more good health to your system and also helps in floashing out your system immediately.   There are two important terms of water dehydrations which includes  Long term dehydration and Short term Dehydration.

How to avoid long term water dehydration in the body.

In the  Morning:

• You must drink at least 650 mL (3 cups) of water right after waking up. Make it to your memory to be drinking  these quantity of water every day as you are waking up in the morning.

• you should avoid eating of any food  or snacks after drinking of these water quantity for 45mn

 

• Try to avoid drinking water two hours after a meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner

• If you are a patient with Diabetes or high blood pressure patients: allow 30 days
