1. Limit how  frequent you touch your face.

2. Constant hydration goes a long way.

Drinking around eight glasses of water a day is a sure way to stay hydrated and leave your skin staying the same way. Don’t allow your skin to be dry, constantly moisturize it to make it remain hydrated.

 

3. Your skin doesn’t need direct heat exposure

Major causes of inflammation and collagen breakdown is as a result of getting too close to, or being exposed to direct heat. Stay a step back while warming yourself on the fire-place, protect your self from direct sun-rays, and ensure you avoid direct heat on your skin at all cost.

 

4. Endeavour to Clean your makeup brushes regularly and adopt the correct cleanser that suits your skin type.

In a bid to intentionally fight skin infection, you should not ignore cleaning your make-up brushes and face-cleaning tools, regularly.  Concerning cleaners that suits your skin, you can either try  a moisturizing glycolic or milky cleanser, especially if your skin is dry.

 

5. Too many products is a no-no! and Maintain a healthy diet.

Your skin is delicate, sensitive and tender; therefore, applying multiple skin products on your body is a sure way to damage your pores. Dermatologist advised not to use too many skincare products.

Also, maintaining a healthy diet helps in improving your skin’s resistance to bacteria and other pores-trapping infections. When your balance in right, your skin reflects it.
