In as much as ASUU is fighting for our rights and the future of our children, the association should also consider those coming from less privileged background who have no means but put their hopes in school.
It's not a new thing to Nigerian University students to spend 5yrs or more in school studying a 4yrs course without carry overs or spill overs.
Should the students protest, or keep waiting till thy kingdom come for the government to implement the agreement put in place with ASUU? Should a serious government give more priority to anything more than education? Is this the right time for us the youths to struggle and have our stolen mandates brought back to us?
Thanks to ASUU for putting in place TETFUND that's responsible for the upgrade of many public Universities in the country but they should also make sure that their selfish interests aren't put above the future of the youths.
