Baby Moses is a biblical figure who is known for being rescued from the Nile River as an infant. According to the Book of Exodus, Moses was born to a Hebrew slave family during a time when the pharaoh of Egypt had ordered all Hebrew baby boys to be killed. In order to save Moses' life, his mother placed him in a basket and set him adrift on the Nile River. Moses' sister watched over him as the basket floated downstream until it was found by Pharaoh's daughter, who was bathing in the river. She took pity on the baby and decided to adopt him as her own.
Moses was raised in the palace of Pharaoh and lived as an Egyptian prince until he discovered his true Hebrew identity as a young man. He later became a prophet and led the Hebrew people out of Egypt to escape slavery, ultimately receiving the Ten Commandments from God and becoming a pivotal figure in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.
