The original biscuits are made with banana flour, which contains beneficial resistant starch. Thanks to this, such baking contributes to the oxidation of fat in the body and improves digestion. Regular use restores metabolism and removes toxins.
We will need:
• 50 g green banana flour
• 50 g oatmeal
• 50 g cane sugar
• 50 ml coconut oil
• 50 ml rice milk
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then put the dough balls on parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 C.
Serve with tea or a cup of coffee.
