Hi, if you're reading this I'd bet you are one of those introverts who feel depressed and sometimes feel like words can't express either the anxiety, pain or whatever you feel.
I'd like you to not succumb to the pressure of others, instead becoming a confident introvert therefore embracing what you are rather than what others want you to be. So how do you do it?
1)Self improvement books
Now, a lot of introverts lack confidence in what they do, you sometimes overthink things. How you dress, talk to people and worry a lot about what other people think about you, which is crazy. People will find you unpleasant, interesting, boring and whatever which makes you overthink things. Self improvement books or articles has helped me improve my thinking and is one of the ways you'll learn to be a better you.
2)Accepting whatever life throws at you
A lot of people have been in tough situations at least once in their life, as an introvert you don't have to be crazy depressed because you just lost your job, divorced or had a horrible day. Everyone (introvert or extrovert) has a bad day, guess what they do that you don't? MOVE ON, just move on don't let your depression get the better off you
3)Be less sorry
Now as an introvert, there is this feeling of being inferior to others. This makes you apologize for every little mistake.
Do you know what I'd like you to do? Be more cocky, less sorry for your actions, this gives you more confidence and control over your environment.
Thats how you embrace the life and introvert
