FRIED BEEF STEW MEAT

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

1. 1LB BEEF STEW MEAT

2. MIXING BOWL

3. SALT & PEPPER 

4. SEASONED SALT

5. HALF OF WHITE ONION

6. 1 GARLIC CLOVE 

7. 1 EGG

8. FLOUR

9. Butter

DIRECTIONS

BOWL 5 CUPS OF WATER IN A POT ADD YOUR SEASONINGS OF CHOICE OR ABOVE  AND ADD BUTTER I ALSO ADD ROSEMARY AND BASIL TO MINE GIVES A BURST IF FLAVOR.

WHILE THE WATER IS HEATING UP PREP YOUR MEAT, I MAKE SURE MY STEW BEEF IS CUT IN CHUNKS (YOU CAN BUY CUT ALREADY) I USE THE SAME SEASONING THAT I USED FOR WATER ADD THE EGG A TOUCH OF OLIVE OIL MIX RUB ALL TOGETHER LET SIT FOR 10 MINUTES .

WATER SHOULD BE BOILING BY THEN ADD MEAT LET BOIL FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES WHILE THATS BOILING GET A DEEP SKILLET AND POUR ABOUT 4 CUPS OF VEGETABLE OIL AND SET ON MED HIGH FOR TEMP

REMOVE MEAT FROM WATER SET IN A STAINER GET YOUR BOWL AMD 2 CUPS OF FLOUR ADD A TOUCH OF CORNSTARCH 

ADD MEAT TO FLOUR MAKE SURE EVERY PIECE IS FULLY COVERED BY THEN OIL SHOULD BE NICE AND HOT

FRY MEAT FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES TO YOUR LIKING ONCE DONE YOU CAN ADD SOME PEPPERS OR PREPARE A NICE SMOOTH GRAVY ...
