In sub Saharan countries combat to project education in the marginal areas has been the spearhead. Most local communities in the sub Saharan countries the native ones still does not embrace education well since they still believe and follow the beliefs. Especially the pastoral communities who believe that having many herds is source of wealth prestige and pride, even though the animals provide necessities like meat, milk and skill they stil allow young boys and girls to avoid going to school in the name of takin care of animals, this deprive the right to education of such children, currently currently the government has embacked on awareness creation on education and its importance and calling the law to take action on parents,who still deny children of their rights to education,the children are future leaders to the nation hence their education should be taken into serious consideration
