Hi,

Do you know you can give your body the desire nutrients without breaking the bank or your pocket. Relax and let me tell you how to go about it with just few items.

1.Banana,

2.Watermelon,

3.Cucumber,

4.Groundnut and

5.Milk .

All you need do is get a little piece of all the above mentioned items cut them into easy and edible piece (ie banana, watermelon, cucumber).buy a baked or roasted groundnut  and a milk,full cream preferable from any grocery store mix all together and your sumptuous fruit salad is ready for body to digest.
