How to gain weight in a short period

Icreasing weight doe not mean that you want to get fat.

Some people are underweight and it maybe risky to their health.for you to gain weight fast you should;

 

 

Dont drink water before having meal ,as it does not contain calories to be taken by the body.

Drink whole milk.this is a drink that contain many minerals that are mosty body building and calories enhanced.

Do much exercise to help reduce calories from becoming fat but to be used as energy in your body system.

Eat eggs,either while they are ,boiled ,fried and any kind you want it to be prepared.you can have three eggs per day .

Have meals rich in proteins like legumes ,red meat is usually the best and veges.Also fruits add up on this role mosty the nuts,avocado and bananas
