Hard slum life

Being raised in the slums wasnt an easy thing, sleeing hungry, going to school in torn cloths, family struggling to live in a single room and hard times, access to good health is hard

Life in the slum was not the easiest and each parent can a test to that .More so if its one parent providing to the whole family. Each parent wishes that there children to be better people in the society but the hardship at times pushes a bright child to turn up and be a thug or a prostitite to make ends meet. After primary school maybe few parent can afford secondary school fee and once a child stops going to school he or she would think of a way to make money and if the parent is not strict the child may end up joining bad gangs or bad friends and this may destroys a child much.At time the parent doesnt know that his or her child has joined a bad group up until the child is arrested or is wanted by the police or until he finds his or her child in the campany of bad friends .

To me i believe that every child need better education, atleast have a meal however little it is and clothing but this can only hapen if the goverment upgrade the slum dwellers and ensure most youths are empowered to work and help there siblings .With work most of  of the youths will be saved from crime, prostitition and slavery from drug addiction

Parent  an also comfatable raise there children without getting stressed of where they will get money everyday to feed and take care of there childrens basic needs. I also believe that there should be a program in the slum that can sensitize most young boys and girls on indulging in drugs and crime and there destruction .Help the young boys and girs get a good education and oppurtunity to those who have aquired a skill get jobs and this will empower the young and even help them have familys to raise them in a better way

Living in slums was not an easy thing and it took a prayer of a parent and discipline of the both parents to ensure there children grow in the fear of the Lord and better education to make there future bright
