HOW TO DEAL WITH DEPRESSION.
1. Interact with people socially
The main cause of being depressed and frustrated is being alone. Research discovered that people that committed suicide, in one way or the other have been isolated from the society which took a toll on them and eventually took their life. Interacting with people might help a lot in removing suicidal thoughts from your mind.
2. Tell a Friend
Communication is very important for people with suicidal thoughts. Most people don’t find people to talk to or tell their stories to. Apart from self-isolation, people have been isolated from friends and families. Talking to someone, calling each other, chatting with a friend can help to deal with depression.
3. Avoid Idleness
Work has been found to be a major tool in solving depression cases. Being Idle has some devastating ideas that could lead to suicidal thoughts. Find something to do, even if it’s your passion or what you love doing the most.
4. Play with friends and families
Playing games, having fun at beaches, moving with family and friends to a move conducive places have a long way to go in reducing the high rates of depression in our society
5. Seek Medical Help
You can seek help from medical personnel in cases regarding to depression. Pharmacists might prescribe anti-depression drugs and place you on medication for few days
