HOW TO HANDLE HEARTBREAK

1. Calm down:

After a heartbreak by your partner. Do not make any hasty decisions, calm down and relax.

 

The body is controlled by hormones and they are antagonistic, they can be positive, love hormones or negative, the likes of adrenaline; the fight or flight hormone.

 

 

 

So you should try to calm down and release the pressure first before making any moves. This will greatly help in making informed wise decisions bad even goes along way to even saving the broken relationship at times.

2. Do not start another relationship direct:

Self denial after a heartbreak is real. When heartbroken you find yourself being in a situation of self denial, you want to prove that you were right. No, accept it.

 

You are single and getting into a fresh relationship just after a heartbreak is not good.

 

You will not be a truthful one because you are flexing your muscle to prove a pint to your ex-girlfriend. Stay single until you are certain about what you want.

 

 

 

3. Get a hobby and be busy:

Heartbreak is worsened when you continue hanging on and reminiscing about the good times. You will regret alot and further damage your emotions.

 

 

It may lead to a total emotional breakdown. So you better start doing what you love, a hobby like hiking, skating and even bicycle riding. Keep yourself busy with something and you will definitely get relieved.

 

 

 

4. Do not connect with someone who heartbroke you for a while:

Many people tend to try connecting with their ex- lovers just immediately after a heartbreak, it is wrong you are making things hard for you and your partner.

 

During this time, you are not in your best state of mental strength to thing out and even communicate well so does your partner.

 

You may end up using harsh words that will eventually increase the gap in the bond and hurt you more.

 

 

 

 

5.  Be positive:

Your mental strength is your power. Maintain a positive attitude towards you ex-partner.

 

Do not continue holding the hate, it will certainly lower your self esteem and this is important for you in recovering from the awful heartbreak.

 

Think positive and good of other people and to yourself. This will help you to surf through the hard time of heartbreak.
